Our experienced visa team will be able to help you with your Schengen visas. It is every passenger’s responsibility to make sure that they have the right visa for their travel before the departure. We at Mantra Holidays can take away the hassle and process your visa on your behalf. We can also help with just checking your documents and make sure it is accurate and in order when you are applying visa on your own.

It is the responsibility of each client to ensure that they have the right visa before they depart on their holiday. Kindly check with our holiday planner if you need visa for your holiday. You may be denied from boarding your flight or crossing the border if you do not hold incorrect travel visa or no visa.

All applicants must attend the French Visa Application Centre (TLS Contact) in person for their biometric details to be recorded except for children under 12 yr. and those who have had a biometric Schengen visa issued after 01.01.2018. Mantra Holidays in association with TLS accredited agent offers Premium Service for appointment booking, will submit the application on client’s behalf and collect passport once the visa is ready. Those applicants who are required to provide biometrics will need to attend the Centre between 10:00 – 15:00 on the day of their visa appointment for biometric data collection.

All documents submitted to the embassy has to be original copies & fax or scanned documents will not be accepted. The processing time for the French visa is up to 10-20 working days depending on case-to-case basis, excluding any consulate or public holidays synonymous with France. Some nationalities may take four weeks or more, excluding any consulate or public holidays synonymous with France, the duration taken is at the discretion of the embassy.

SCHENGEN TOURIST VISA DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Passport, valid for at least 3 months beyond the dates of travel

• Old passport with previous Schengen visas, if any

• UK residence card (BRP), valid for at least 1 month beyond the dates of travel for France, and 3 months for Netherlands.

• UKVI account must be linked with Evisa account of UK, Passenger must provide Uk immigration status, Photo page and the share code.

• 2 passport photographs, 35 x 45 mm, taken within the past 3 months

• Bank statements for the past 3 months

• Employment reference letter (Dated within 1 month of appointment date)

• Payslips for the past 3 months

• Travel insurance valid for all Schengen countries

• Original Marriage Certificate (If Applicable)

• Original Birth Certificate (If Applicable)

SUPPORTING INFORMATION:

• Passports eligible for a Schengen visa must have TWO spare blank visa pages and cannot be over ten years old.

• The bank current account statement should be recent issued during the month prior to the application. The statement must show a minimum credit balance (not overdraft) of £100.00 per person per day of stay.

• The travel insurance policy MUST be valid for all Schengen countries and cover the full period of the visa applied for, as well as any hospital/medical/repatriation costs that may be incurred. Minimum cover must be at least 30,000 Euros.

• A sponsor letter needs to be provided if the child is 18 or above and travelling with EU parents

• Anyone in the UK on business or visitor visa will need to travel back to his or her country of residence to apply for Schengen visa.

• For post Study work tier 1 visa (PSW UK visa holders), we will need original UK College or University degree certificate.

• If child is travelling without parents, then all documents for parents is required ex:-Employers Reference Letter, Payslips & Bank Statement must be from the employed parent.

SENDING & RECEIVING DOCUMENTS:

You can send us your passport(s) and documents either by post or in person by visiting our office. If you are sending by post, we highly recommend using Royal Mails Special Delivery, which guarantee’s next day delivery or any other courier service such as DHL / UPS / Parcel Force.
