You can book your next Mantra holiday by – Online, over the phone and in person

 

Online

 

Online bookings are made via the ‘Book Now’ button available on each holiday page. Simply select your departure date and you will be taken to our secure booking platform. Please note that in some instances a credit card fee may be applied. If a fee is applied, it will be made clear during the booking process. To avoid this fee, you can pay by direct deposit or by faxing/posting the booking form. If the status for your chosen trip is ‘closed’ or limited’, please contact us to check the availability of the departure

 

Over the phone

 

If you would like to speak to one of our holiday planners, please call us on 0203 773 6333. Your holiday planner will provide information on the best way to submit your booking form and payment details, as well as the deposit for your chosen holiday. You can also email or post us your booking form with payment details.

Face to Face

 

You can visit our office to submit a booking in person. We advise you download our booking form and bring the completed form to the office with you. If you are unable to download the booking form, just ask your holiday planner if they can help you to post, email or fax you a copy.

Hours – Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm

 

Payment Methods

 

  • Cash – Accepted only in our office and not by post

  • Cheque – accepted only paid 2 weeks before departure. Cheque payable to Mantra holidays Limited. You can post your cheque to our office or hand over in person with your booking form

  • Bank or bank transfer – You can visit your nearest Lloyds bank and deposit money into our account (details below). Please do send us a booking form and get a booking number before you do the same. If doing bank transfer, please do send us a screenshot once transfer is done. (Please note bank transfer will normally take 5 working days and has no charges if transferring within UK. If transferring from overseas then, there will be a charge of £25 per transfer, which is to be borne by the remitter. Else request for account details for $ or € and the rates at the time of booking)

  • Book online with Debit/Credit card – Visit www.mantraholidays.co.uk to book your holiday online OR send us your booking form with your Debit or Credit card details. If you are using a non-UK or EU issued credit/debit card, then you may occur additional charges from your bank. Please check with your bank for details on charges. Note: Non – UK or EU issued Credit/Debit Cards/Forex Cards/ Money Transfer and Pre-Paid cards will incur a 2% surcharge.
